A month? Really? My bad.

So much for my ambitions to blog a lot more this summer. It's been a month since I last posted yikes! When we ARE home, I am usually negotiating for computer time between me and the kiddos, so my Blackberry has been my friend for web connections. As you might imagine, blogging from a Blackberry is a little tedious if not incredibly frustrating. That lil' tiny screen...blogging with all thumbs...nope, doesn't work.

I start school again three weeks from today, and, even better, the kids start school in a couple of days *jumps for joy*. (Come on parents I know you are jumping right along with me, admit it!) Even now I hear them arguing in the next room. Sigh. So between the time they start school and the time I do, I will try to catch the blog up a bit. We took a vacation in the first part of August, and have been be-bopping around the area since. In addition, this past Friday, I got one last Rick Springfield fix in before fall :). It was somewhat of a last minute decision, but I'm so glad I went! I'll blog about it more later, but for my Blogger peeps that are Rick fans, below is a little eye-candy, albeit from 25 rows back. (That would be the only hazard of making a last-minute decision to go, but it was still so worth the trip to Oregon!) All the photos are on my Facebook page if you are reading this blog on Facebook.
